The following items are currently available. All packages are free of charge, however, donations to cover production and postage costs are appreciated and will be used to ensure these materials continue to be available to others.
To order, please send email to orders@bdsda.com referencing the package desired and including your complete name and mailing address. Please, limit one item per request - send additional requests for each item. All requests will be processed in the order received.
For reference, it costs us approximately $5 to produce & mail each item.
Unless otherwise specified, all items are on data CDs for viewing on a PC.
